Friday 1/29

Still really sore from m-w workouts. Needed to spend time stretching and rolling out but just didnt make time.

Diet has been crap, today is the last day for that. I will get back to paleo (+milk) on Zone blocks as of saturday.
New "before" shots coming soon. Will do strict diet and 3 on 1 off WODs for 30 days and post "after" pics.  


Did SWCF wod for today programmed by Scott. I didnt know what to expect, thought it might be kinda easy, but I got me going.

Deadlift
Power Clean
Front squat
Push press

1 rep of each, 7 times (7 total reps of each one)
rest 60 sec

Wed 1/27/10



body is exhausted from the past two days of hard WODs. but cant stay away... met Coach Scott and Katie at the Lab for the 1pm class. Tomorrow is a well deserved well earned rest day!!

WOD
on the min do 10 box jumps, as soon as the box jumps are done do max Overhead squats for the remainder of the min. - complete 100 O.H squats.
