CrossFit Total
Squat - 225 was easy, but I failed twice at 245 (previous was #250)
Press - 125
Dead - 345 (previous #355)
I went down on all lifts. I now know, proof positive, that there is a drastic difference in the ability to perform at high intensity from Seattle to Texas. At first I thought it was me, then I thought it was because I was sick, then maybe I was just not back in shape after some time off b/c of moving. But now I am realizing that its just the difference between the climate, air, temperature and all the other possible factors that make up a climate/region. (more on this below)
Met-Con

5 rounds
20 pull ups
30 push ups
40 sit ups
50 squats
3 mins rest between rounds
Time - 32:09
break down by rounds

2) 3:38
3) 4:00
4) 4:28
5) 4:55
almost exactly seconds each round, interesting.
Ok, more proof of my theory that climate and region effect output - My 2000m row in Seattle was 6:36, very hard, but with max effort - doable.
Tuesday I rowed 2k... 7:49, I could not have gone 1 second faster. Now this the final proof I needed to conclude my hypothesis, that even if you factor an "off day", or a loss of stamina due to moving and time off or anything else, this drastic of a change is not due to personal issues or performance. Some of it MUST be due to geographical factors out side of myself.
Now, this could be a good thing, "hey its not me, I cant help it". But unfortunately, it has the opposite effect on me. I know I can perform better, much better in some cases. But seeing my max lifts go down and my fastest times increase makes me feel like im trying to crawl out of a hole, a hole that... well, I move into.... Even as I get more "CrossFit" I am still only going to be trying to get back to my previous times, and while I may be improving, it still feels like every workout I have regressed to a slower time!
So, anyway, I am going to have to get all new base line numbers and go from there b/c my old times and weights are pretty much outdated... but just wait till I come back to visit Seattle, Im gonna destroy it!
