This was a lot harder than I expected. My legs were jello by the first squat, and the KB wasn't heavy, but breathing was incredibly hard after the row!

    I just did Annie today Corey and guest what? I PR'd her BIG time!!! Today my time was 9:34 and in july it was 18:18!
    I'm floored I expected a min or two off, but not almost in half! I love smashing PR's!
