115/135/145pr/155PR/145pr/135 - Felt great, Think I could have gone heavier, but getting BW was awesome!
Met-Con:
300 Double Unders (10 min cut off)
1600m runTime - 17:17 - I got my first 100 DU in 2 mins. But it took me the last 8 to get the last 200. I just couldnt preform like I felt like I should be able to.
The run was ok, but also felt slow.
FOOD:
Same as alwasy still eating clean
